Hierapolis, built by the Phrygians,Anatolia, Turkey.

Hierapolis, built by the Phrygians presumably during the first half of the 3rd century BCE over natural hot springs in Phrygia, is in present day southwestern Anatolia, Turkey. These natural hot springs sit up from the valley floor and have been used as a spa since the 2nd century BCE. These amazing bathing pools were constructed of huge stone blocks without the use of cement. Today's ancient bathing pool was shaped by the earthquake which occurred in the 7th century CE; the marble portico along with the rest of structure fell into the spring during that earthquake. This site is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and very popular tourist attraction, for very obvious reasons.
