Incredible megaliths of Brazil

On the coast between the beaches of Lagoinha do Norte and Ponta das Canas, there is a huge stone about 8 meters high. At the top of this same rock is another rock that (apparently) has been cut horizontally and vertically, then turned to the point of sunset, which is observed by the crevice created between the blocks of stone.

Megalithic monument known as Pedra Balão, located at the top of the hill between Monte Verde neighborhood and Saco Grande in Florianópolis. It is one of the largest.

In 1918, the geologist Vieira da Rosa, when doing a study of the geology of the State of Santa Catarina, wrote:"from Barra de Itajaí to the lighthouse of Santa Marta in Laguna and extending through the interior of the lands, there are stones Overlapping with others that we can not explain how they got there ... "(VIEIRA DA ROSA, 1918). In 1988, the Antropologo Adnir Ramos  began to observe a group of these stones, in the locality of Barra da Lagoa in Florianópolis and discovered a great astronomical observatory, compared to those found in Europe and in other parts of the world.

Wrapped around planet earth there are lines of telluric energies that form a kind of nervous system of the living planet, because the planet also has what can be called Axiatonal Lines, Meridians and Chakras.
These energies were demarcated in Prehistory by Menhirs and Dolmens. The great amount of Megalithic Monuments (Menires and Dolmens) in the Island of Santa Catarina evidences that this is one of the most energetic points of the planet.

Known by local fishermen as Pedra da Boneca, in the megalithic complex of Itaguaçú in Coqueiros-Florianópolis.

The tip of the tie is also known by the name of dragon, because the silhouette of the hill seems to show a sleeping dragon at the edge of the sea. At the head of the supposed animal is the Archeoastronomic observatory, the dragon's eye is represented by a stone that serves to see the passage of the sun at the point that marks the entrance of winter. In this strategically positioned stone, one observes by a hole the sun in the maximum limit of the northern hemisphere during the winter solstice, another detail in the stone is the bed existing inside of it, lying in this bed the observer creeps to the eye of the semi dragon Open and delighted to see only the ribs that are on the northern side of the tropic of capricorn, this phenomenon makes it possible to determine the beginning of winter through the apparent movement of the stars. Another curiosity is the length of the bed, which measures a meter and seventy, and the crib is protected from rain and wind.

The meager existence of these monumental stones serve to remind us of mysteries that the current science does not have
means of explaining, these challenges of the past come to test our ability to discover and understand more about our own origins.

The beginning of spring in the astronomical Archeo Park of the Sacred Stones of the Galheta hill.

Beam of Light under the turned stone (Dolmen) during the dawn of the spring equinox.

Spring is the season of the year that follows winter and precedes summer. It is typically associated with the re-blooming of the terrestrial flora.

The northern hemisphere's spring is called the "boreal spring" and the southern hemisphere's spring is called "southern spring". The "Northern Spring" in the Northern Hemisphere begins on March 20 and ends on June 21. The "Southern Spring", in the Southern Hemisphere, begins on September 22 and ends on December 21.
From the point of view of Astronomy, the spring of the southern hemisphere begins at the equinox of September and ends at the solstice of December, in the case of the northern hemisphere begins at the equinox of March and ends at the solstice of June.

As it turns out, on an equinox date day and night have the same duration on the equator line. With each passing day, the day increases and the night is shortened a little, thus increasing the sunshine of the respective hemisphere.

Rock art, is the name given to the oldest known pictorial representations, engraved in protected places, dating from prehistoric times (phase of history that precedes writing).
Such records are inexhaustible sources of anthropological, archaeological, and can be studied in various aspects, ethnological, chronological, communication and also as artistic development and human aesthetics of society at the time.
Those of the Island of Santa Catarina, made exclusively in the form of petroglyphs (signaling) have very particular characteristics, are geometric motifs, anthropomorphic representations.
Engraved on the surface of the diabase walls, on the shores of the beaches, they are set in places facing the Atlantic Ocean, on beaches of brave sea in places of difficult access.

The capital of the State of Santa Catarina, has one of the richest rock collections on the planet. The large number of stones with millennial recordings, as well as burners and monoliths made the researchers Germano Bruno Afonso, Adnir Ramos and Keler Lucas define Florianópolis with one of the great rupestrian centers of the southern hemisphere.
